1. When do you need it?
This is typically used during the primary stage of project development, when the product conception is being formed, and the detailed design specifications are being determined. You may also use this process to redesign an existing product.
2. Where do we start?
We will first ascertain your business goals and target audience, ask for your insights into your product vision, as well as a list of its intended functions.
3. What’s the procedure?
We recommend starting with requirements elicitation. If you have a product to update, we recommend expert research or usability testing to estimate its pros and cons. After that, we will compile a list of the main groups (personas) within your target audience, including their characteristics, and work out the key scenarios for goal achievement for each user group. Finally, we will design the product structure and navigation and create the conceptual mock-ups as appropriate.
Usual timeline: 10-15 days.
4. What’s the result?
We will provide you with a report describing the main user groups and their characteristics, plus the report on the product interface conceptual model, including the descriptions of its key scenarios, the clients’ interactions with the product, the product structure and the conceptual mock-up of the main interface screens.

2. Where do we start?
We will first ascertain your business goals and target audience, gain an understanding of your product concept, as well as its functions.
3. What’s the procedure?
We would recommend starting with conception development. After that, we will create detailed mock-ups (with the option to include interactive elements) of the main interface screens with images of all visual elements (buttons, drop-down lists, menus, texts etc.). In certain cases, we can provide recommendations for graphic design themes (such as icons, welcome screens, background images, etc.), and visual style. We also have the capacity, where appropriate, to create specifications for the technical implementation of the product interface (i.e., illustrated text descriptions for each element behaviour) to be used by developers.
Usual timeline: 10-15 days.
4. What’s the result?
We will provide you with the detailed mock-up of the main interface screens including the images of all visual elements with their properties and behavior description.

Usual timeline: 10-15 days.
4. What’s the result?
We will provide you with a layered graphic file (usually in Adobe Photoshop .psd format), including separate layers.
1. When do you need it?
This can be applied at the project layout and technical implementation stages of development. We provide designer supervision to assist in the implementation of the mock-ups we have designed.
2. Where do we start?
To begin, we will need access to your designed product, even if it’s no more than just a test platform.
3. What’s the procedure?
We will run a number of revisions (3-4 as a rule) of the designed product and report on all the revealed discrepencies between your product and our detailed design mock-up. We will also advise your developers (in person or online) on the technical implementation of the detailed interface mock-up we’ve designed. During the project development, we will help you find new or alternate solutions for technical specifications, marketing and other project issues (e.g, in case the project deadlines are changed)
Usual timeline: 10-15 days.
4. What’s the result?
We will provide you with the results of the interactive computer product prototype created by your developers (as a list of mismatches between the detailed mock-up and the product user interface conception), plus our oral advice and recommendations concerning the product interface in the process of its development.
